The Process to apply for Gazette

The procedure and process to apply for Gazette is:

  1. Prepare self declaration Affidavit in a minimum value of Stamp Paper duly notarize.
  2. Ad in a Local Newspaper
  3. Publication Matter with Two Witnesses ( 2 copies)
  4. Publication matter copy into CD ( compact disc) without witnesses portion.
  5.  Declaration Certificate, Publication & matter in CD are same.
  6. Covering Letter
  7. Prescribed Fee
  8. All required copies of documents duly self-attestation.
  9. Two Photographs duly sign on front side.
